Question: Do you have any plan to cover infertility like PCOD? Answer:Yes among the insurance providers we work with one is able to cover fertility treatments. This plan is one of the best we can offer. Some more detailed information about infertility treatment coverage: Your plan provides cover for initial investigations into the cause of infertility, up to the point of diagnosis. If you have chosen out-patient plans Gold or Silver, you will also be covered for additional Investigative procedures necessary to establish the cause of infertility, such as hysterosalpingogram, laparoscopy or hysteroscopy. Cover is also provided for InVitro Fertilisation (IVF), up to a maximum of 4 attempts per lifetime. This includes any treatments undertaken prior to taking out health insurance. Payment for each treatment is limited to £2,000/EUR 3,000 /$3,750.
Please note, however, that medically assisted reproduction or any consequence thereof is not covered by us. In addition, in-patient treatment for multiple birth babies born as a result of medically assisted reproduction will only be covered up to £20,000/EUR 30,000/$37,500 per child for the first 3 months following birth and will be subject to full medical underwriting. Out-patient treatment will be covered under the limits of the Out-patient Plan. |
