Can you provide coverage for North America

Question: We live in Mexico and travel to both the US and Canada. We are currently insured with a Mexican carrier but would like to explore other options. We need coverage for all three countries on an on going basis. We spend the majority of our year in Mexico and consider Mexico to be our home. We are Canadian citizens but are have non-resident status. What would be your suggestions? Thank you
