Can we obtain insurance in Costa Rica

Question: Looking for health insurance good in Costa Rica and Belize. We are US citizens, a 49 and 51 year old, wife and husband. We have a second home in Belize where the majority of our time is spent. We are willing to exclude US coverage for better rates. Currently covered by US Company but can't afford it with high deductible and limited coverage. Please recommend the next step. Thank you.
